★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルファードを購入しました、ナビが表示されず故障していたので電話したら新しいのに交換してくれるとのことだったが新しいナビが送られてきませんでした 何回電話しても送ります送りますといって半年経ってもきませんので自費で修理しました、途中から電話にでなくなり困りました、約束は守らない電話にはでないで納車後の対応が悪すぎます、購入される方は気をつけてください！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の引取に来て、帰り路にミッション警告灯が点灯してるのに気づき販売店に引返し修理をするとの事で帰りましたが、その間修理の現状が気になりこちらから連絡をしないと返事がかえってきません。そして直したとの事で陸送で送ってもらいましたが自動車が到着して結果、アイドリングストップの解除のスイッチを押す細工がされており自分で元に戻すと警告灯の点灯は消えず付きっぱなし状態で直っていませんでした。
修理等で保証の1ヶ月の期間が過ぎてしまってました。
しかも点検整備記録簿も2年間の保存の義務が有るのに貰えずじまいでした。見ずらいリアシートの下には虫の死骸が沢山転がった状態…
遠方の方は買うのを良く考えてからにした方が良いかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年落ちで走行距離２千kmなのに、履いていた純正ホイールの新車装着タイヤの溝は４輪全て５mm程度しか無い。
新品は７mm程度なので、明らかにおかしい。そして記録簿も無し。
明らかに改ざん車。
車屋であれば普通は気付く筈だが、証拠が無ければバレないと思っているのか？
それとも逮捕されなければ何をしてをいいと思っているのか？
しかも素人よりも酷い補修で客を騙す最低な車屋。
本当に素人以下レベル。
車屋としてのプライドは無いのか？
