インターホンが壊れたのかなと思い確認するが壊れてない。
7時前だったのでドライバー直通に電話するが出ない
何回かかけたが出ない。

荷物が届くのを楽しみに待ってたのにこんなことになり不快です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配達時にマンションのエントランスの呼び鈴から教えてくれるのは良いのですが、鳴らす時間が短いため、不在と判断されてしまうことが、多々あります。
せっかく自宅で待機しているのに、呼び鈴をならす時間が短いため、出られません。
結局、エントランスにある、宅配ボックスまで、取りに行くことになります。
その辺のオペレーションについて、改善をお願いします。

こちらの営業所からの配達の場合は、時間通りに来ないと思っておいた方がいいです。
