★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不定期で利用します。最近は営業所で何度も送る所は登録しておき機械で印刷してもらうことも出来ます。クロネコヤマトのチャージできるカードを作ると送る度に割引を受けられます。受付の方が親切で何でも丁寧に教えてくれます。
I use it irregularly. Recently, it is possible to register the place to be sent many times at the sales office and have the machine print it. You can receive a discount each time you send a Kuroneko Yamato chargeable card. The receptionist is kind and will teach you anything.

明るく元気な方が多く帰る際には自然と笑顔で「ありがとうございました」と言葉が出てくる位いい営業所さんでした。
また用事がある際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳が悪くチャイムが聞こえないので大きな声で声をかけて欲しいと普段からお願いしております。が担当が変わるたびに家に居ても不在票が入ってる。
今回の担当の角田泰孝さん（ドライバー）に電話したのですが、「そんなの誰からも聞いてない、大きな声で声かけたが聞こえないそちらが悪い。」との対応。
身体的な障害に対して「聞こえない方が悪い」18時18分の不在票に対して18時30分に電話して、営業所まで取りに行くからと伝えると「何時に戻るか分からないから営業所まで来ても受け取れない」とどこまでも今日は渡せ無いの一点張り。障害者は荷物も受け取らせて貰えないんですね。
追伸
耳が悪く迷惑をかけてるので、コンビニ受け取りに（全て）変えました。角田さん身体的な事で迷惑かけすみませんでした。
もう煩わせません、仕事頑張って沢山運んで稼いでください。
