★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車で国際宅急便を送る時にここに来ました。女性のスタッフさんが礼儀良く、迎えてもらいました。今は利用でTポイントが貰えるので、楽しみの一つになりました。

ネコポスでは潰れることもありますがといつもしつこく聞いて来ますが、頼む、先にサイズ確認してから聞いてください。毎回脅しから入るやり取りが非常に鬱苦しい。そして中身の物によってはいつも上の方に確認しますと言ってどこかへ消えてしまう。後ろ並んでるんだけどな…。とにかく効率悪く仕事されていると感じられ終始イライラさせられます。逆に若い女性の受付やヤマト社員のお兄さんたちは好印象です。テキパキと仕事も早く、余計なやり取りもなくスムーズです。
今度から夜行くようにします。もう同じやりとりこりごりです。

確かに一車線潰していて、邪魔だろうけど、仕事をしているのだから仕方ないし、文句は言えないでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中年女性スタッフの電話応対が最悪。こちらが話している途中なのに遮って一方的にまくし立ててくるし、説明している事も全く分からなかった。受け答えが乱暴で印象が悪い。ここのセンターは今後利用することはないでしょう。
