ずっと家に居りましたが鳴ってません。チャイムの電池切れも確認しましたがちゃんと鳴る状態でした
一番重要な事なんですが、相手に届けてない状態でまだ再配達依頼中なのに届済みにするのは一番もっての外だと思います
ドライバーも延々と電話に出ずで・・・二度と使いたくないです
よくこのサービス内容で続けてこれたなと思います
追記 荷物来ました。当日中ではあったものの特に謝罪もなく「時々やっちゃうんですよね」みたいな事を言ってました。受け取ってから苦情言おうと振り返るともう居ませんでした。車も服装も違う、下請けかバイトの方なのかもしれませんが、さすがにどうなの？と思いましたね
そういう方を採用して管理出来てない事にも疑問を感じます

Addendum: The luggage has arrived. Although I had it during the day, I was saying something like "I sometimes do it sometimes" without any particular apology. When I looked back and tried to complain after I received it, it wasn't there anymore. It may be a subcontractor or a part-time worker who has a different car and clothes, but what is it like? I thought
I also feel that it is not possible to employ and manage such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が悪いと言うコメントがありますが忙しい時に1人1人バカ丁寧に対応していたら待つ人が増えてしまいます。
文句を言う前に自分が受付やって見ると良いですよ。
それでも気にいらないなら他の営業所で出す事をおすすめします。
自分的には素早くやって居ると思いますよ。
