応対はすごく丁寧でした。

メンバーズカードを作ったので、住所を記入する手間がいらず、息子のところにはすぐ送れます。
また、ワオンをチャージして使うと10%割引ですよ。それまで他のカードで払っていたけどこれからはこのワオンで払います。
荷物が届いたなどの連絡が来るし、登録しておくとほんとに便利です。
対応がいつも丁寧です。気持ちの良いお店です。

ただ持ち込み集配所が非常に狭く数人しか入れず非効率的。荷物もあるのでもう少し設計段階で考えて造るべきだったと思います。その点を減点として星4とさせて頂きます。
The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and I liked it very much. There is an image that it is a company with good manners even at the time of delivery.
However, the carry-on collection and delivery station is very small and only a few people can enter, which is inefficient. I also have luggage, so I think I should have thought about it at the design stage. We will deduct that point and give it 4 stars.
