★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店員さん(事務系)の愛想が悪い！忙しいんでしょうが、接客としたは如何なものかと、、、配達してくださる方々は良い人ばかりなのに本当に残念。出向いて行ってもとりあえず自分の仕事してから接客。そんなもんなのかと思ってしまう。奈良上牧店となっているが、奈良王寺店も兼ねてるので、ややこしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口で受付を待ってるのに女性事務員は客を無視してプライベートな電話に夢中。別の時は建物に入る時 こちらの存在に気付いてる男性スタッフが先に店内に入り真後ろに私が続いてるのにドアを閉められた。ここのスタッフはなに考えてるのかわかりません。星１つもつけたくない。

星一つも付けたくないぐらい！
持ち込みで持って来てるにも関わらず無視！目が合ってるのに無視！同僚とは楽しくお喋り。
解らない事があり尋ねると面倒くさそうに説明。解らないなら来るな！的な態度です。本当に気分悪い定員しかいてない！
全員接客業に向いてないと思います。全員従業員入れ替えた方がいいと思いますよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人も言ってるけど、自分も同感です。接客業の基本ができてないお店だと思います！一度某ECサイトで買った留め置きの荷物を取りに行くと段ボール箱が見た事も無いくらいに、ぐしゃぐしゃに潰れていて中身も破損してたので業者に連絡して返品交換して頂いた事があります！そうでなくてもいつも段ボール箱に小さな傷みたいな穴が空いてます！推測ですが恐らく？我が県のヤマト全体が、このような体質で荷物を中国のネット・ショップ大手のタオバオみたいにバスケット・ボールをする様な感じで？籠に放り投げて仕分けしているからだと思われます？多少高くても自分はなるべくヤマト以外の佐川急便や郵便局などで配送してくれる業者を選ぶ様にしています！Amazonなんかもっての他で簡易包装だからね！かなりヤバいと思われます？

荷物届けてもないのに何時に伺いましたがいませんと言われる
その後では19時までにと約束しましたが
19:30に行きましたが不在でしたと言います。
二回とも家にいました
もちろんインターホンはなっていませんので
インターホンの録画にも残っていません
不在も当然入っていません
ですが何度も伺っていますと嘘つかれます。
その挙句電話もつながりません
遠くから帰ってきている大事な甥っ子の誕生日プレゼントでしたのに
渡すことができませんでした。
一生恨みます。
その後の対応も最悪でした。
