★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務所で荷物の集配やってます。手際は良いんですよ。これまでの社員の対応も良かった。ただ、今回たまたまいた女の従業員、ありゃダメだね。例えば荷送りの書類、もう書き落とした項目は無いかと思って、これで良いですかね？と尋ねたら、個人情報なんでご本人さんが…みたいなこといってた。そんなこと知ってるよ、大体なんて書いてあるか内容見てくれなんて言わないよ。当たり前じゃないか。あなたに見せたいヤツなんかいないよ。
たまたま当たりが悪かったね、こんなん初めてだ。他の方はおしなべて親切です。別にここ嫌いなわけではありません。頼りにしてます。だから尚更裏切られた感じ。荷物は間違いなく届けてもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A4サイズの茶封筒で厚さ0.5cm程度の物をネコポスで送ろうとしたら、ほんの1〜2mm折り畳んで下さい。と言われて、「こんなの意味ないだろw」と内心思いながら言うこと聞いて2mm折り畳み、テープでとめました。
どんだけ細かいし融通きかないんだ。てか、ネコポス、許容サイズ変わったの気づいてないだろ。マジひどい営業所。
If you are going to send an A4 size tea envelope with a thickness of about 0.5 cm by Nekoposu, fold it only 1 to 2 mm. I heard that it didn't mean anything like this, and I folded it 2mm and taped it.
It's just fine and inflexible. You don't notice that the permissible size has changed, Nekoposu. Seriously terrible sales office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is usually excellent. We usually have our suit cases sent to the airport ahead of time, so we don't need to carry them on the shinkansen.
On 14Nov19 however, we had a bad experience. My wife and I dropped off some baggage to be shipped to Haneda Airport. We usually come here for this service, but on this date, one of the staff was very rude.
As a foreigner, I am almost always impressed with the excellent service in Japan. It's always polite and friendly, but on this date, one staff member there was very rude to my wife for some reason.
I gave this place a good review because we have been here so many times and have had excellent experiences. I'm not sure what was wrong with that one staff member that day, maybe she was having a really bad day herself.
