1回目は新聞受けに小さいフィギュアの入った箱を無理矢理入れ数分間抜けなくなりました
2回目は新聞受けより小さいポストにデカめで中身のせいで少し厚みのある白い封筒を無理矢理入れ封筒がボロボロになり中の商品が傷だらけになりました
2回目は電話をしたが門前払い
気分が悪いし怒りしかない

The second time, I forcibly put a slightly thick white envelope in a post smaller than the newspaper tray because of the contents, and the envelope became tattered and the items inside became full of scratches.
I called the second time but paid in advance
I feel sick and I have no choice but to get angry

私はクロネコメンバーズカードを利用していますので、宛先などの印刷は、手書きよりとても簡単で、便利です。
片道や、往復も選べますし、一度送った所は、カードが記憶していますので、選択するだけ、商品の明細も出てきます、
決済も、カードで出来ますので、チャージしてあれば簡単に行えますので、是非ご利用されると良いと思います。

駐車場広いし、発送の端末機は複数あるし、空いてて担当の方も手際良いのでいつも利用してます。これからもよろしく。

今までのヤマトの配達員さんはみんな感じのいい人だったのに残念です。
朝から気分最悪でした。
