★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの支店長はドライバーを物のように扱うらしい。今期も働いてくれとセンター長に頼まれて出勤すると、涼しい場所で座っていればいいだけの管理職支店長は何年も働いてきた委託従業員を『今期は呼んでない、もう来てくれるな』と突き返す。そもそも正社員間できちんと話ができていないのが問題で、断るにも物の言い方があるだろう。こんな所で駒のように使われている従業員さん達が気の毒です。本当に最低。
