I'm not good at operating with a mobile phone, but I'm grateful that I can print out the invoice using LINE! If you don't understand at the sales office, they will teach you how to operate it, so you can use it with confidence.

手続きにもたつく人がいると すごく待つ。窓口２つあるのだから クイック窓口と丁寧サポートに 分ければいいのに‥。
タブレットの操作に戸惑う人たちは 手書きにしてほしい。

I wait a lot when there are people who are stuck in the procedure. Since there are two counters, I wish I could find a quick counter and polite support.

At 2021,12,2,15:20, there was nothing like other people writing, and it was kind and polite. Good greetings and good correspondence. I couldn't use a tablet, so it was handwritten. Staying time is about 5 minutes.
