い	いとぅー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当日に荷物届かないし、翌日に確認したら、出た女の人に｢家間違えたのかもっ？｣とか軽く言われるし、｢住所が途中までしかなかった｣とか言われるし、もし住所途中までだったら登録出来ないし、｢住所分からなくても電話の1本入れますよね？｣って聞いたところ、｢電話は入れず、不在票だけ入れます｣と言われた。謝罪する時も｢申し訳ございませーん｣ってクレーマーみたいな扱いされて謝る気なし。こちらは届くと思ってたはずの荷物を一日中待っても届かなく、電話すら入ってこなかったと言うのに責任感無さすぎ。荷物が届いた時に配達してくれた人に聞いたところ、｢ちゃんと住所かいてあるし、電話も入れます｣って言われた。とても適当な事を言う。棒読みの｢すみません｣を言えばいいと思ってる当たり、とてもヤマトさんには失望しました。その前日に佐川急便からも荷物届いてたのでその時は、不在票も電話も来てた。やっぱりそういうところも比べてしまう。有名な会社なだけあって信用も無くしました。初めてAmazonさんを使ってこういう事が起きたのでAmazonさんにも失礼だと思います。そういうことが無いようにお願いしたい所です。 I did not receive my luggage on the day, and when I checked it the next day, the woman who came out said, "I wonder if I made a mistake in my house?"
