★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この営業所が悪いわけではないですが、ヤマト運輸の荷物の転送手続きするために何度窓口に電話してもつながりません。転送を依頼するだけで2日以上毎日電話しています。
自動チャットサービスでも、結局”電話してください”との指示になり、また毎日30分以上電話をかけ続けています。いつかけても”電話が大変混み合っています”となっています。
オペレーターを減らしていると思いますが、どうにも不便です。
荷物を発送する方は、お願いですからヤマト運輸以外の宅配会社を利用して欲しいです。まったく荷物が受け取れません…
It's not that this office is bad, but no matter how many times I call the counter to transfer Yamato Transport's luggage, I can't connect. I'm calling every day for more than 2 days just by requesting a transfer.
Even with the automatic chat service, I ended up being instructed to "call me", and I keep calling for more than 30 minutes every day. It always says "the phone is very busy".
I think we are reducing the number of operators, but it is inconvenient.
If you want to ship your parcel, please use a courier company other than Yamato Transport. I can't receive my luggage at all ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御客用駐車スペースすくないのがヤマト運輸ですが、ここも3台ほど。ヤマトは小規模店多いので便利なので仕方ないですね。
ただ受付がコロナもありひとりずつのみ対応なので、頭の回転ゆっくり気味の御客が先にいるとひたすら待たされます(笑)
Yamato Transport does not have a lot of parking space for customers, but there are also about 3 cars here. Yamato has many small stores, so it's convenient, so it can't be helped.
However, since the reception desk has a corona and only one person can handle it, if there is a customer who is slowly turning his head, he will just wait (laugh)

光ヶ丘センターですが、
谷原センター にもなってるので
ちょっとややこしいです。
また敷地内に駐車スペースがあります。たまに業務トラックも止まっているので空いてない時はどこに駐車すればいいか分からない。
とりあえず邪魔にならない所なら停めておいても大丈夫そうな感じはする。
端っこに営業所があるので
徒歩で行くには少し遠い。
谷原にあるヤマトホームを
営業センター化したらすごく便利なのに。
