荷物が送れないと困るので今後も利用しますが、3回に1度は不快な想いをしています。

他の方のクチコミにもある様に、あまり対応がスピーディーとは思えません。
先日は1人のお客さんの荷物が見つからないのか、長いこと待たされました。
行列ができてしまっていてもその後ろのお客さんには何も気遣いを感じませんでした。
他のスタッフが出てきて後ろの対応をするのは難しいのかな？
It is a courier center along Yamate-dori.
As other people's reviews say, I don't think the response is very speedy.
The other day, I had to wait for a long time to find one customer's luggage.
Even if there was a line, I didn't feel any concern for the customers behind it.
Is it difficult for other staff to come out and deal with the back?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネコピットがあるので、クロネコメンバーズの方はスムーズに発送できます。接客はまあまあ。対応スタッフが1ー2人なので客が多いと少し時間がかかる。
Because there is a cat pit, Kuroneko Members can ship smoothly. Customer service is ok. Since there are 1 or 2 staff members, it will take a while if there are many customers.

ヤマトのサービスはここ10年で低下の一途、寂しい限りです。今のご時世、顧客接点などないがしろってことかなあ、残念！
I brought in a cool courier. I was a female clerk, but the answer was rough and unpleasant, so I got one star.
Yamato's service has been declining in the last 10 years, and it is lonely. I wonder if there is no point of contact with customers in this age, sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クロネコメンバーズBIGのカード?️の登録に行ったのですが、お電話を頂いた方も、店内で対応して下さった方も、商品の理解も抜群で、とても感じのよい対応でした。
クロネコメンバーズの電話対応があまりに酷かったので、とても心ある対応に怒りの気持ちが消えました。
車を止めていいのか、いけないのか、わからない造りで…、店舗の前は駐車場にした方がいいのにと思いました。
I went to register the Kuroneko Members BIG card ?️, but the person who called me and the person who responded in the store had an excellent understanding of the product, and it was a very pleasant response.
The telephone response of Kuroneko Members was so terrible that my anger disappeared from the very heartfelt response.
