There are drivers who do not consider customers as customers. Yamato can not use it without telephone at each sales office now! Yu-pack has better service and speed. Tokyo ⇔ Hokkaido will arrive the next day at the regular rate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間の指定をしていたにも関わらず2日間も荷物が届きません。急ぎで使う用事があったため確実に受け取れる時間を指定していたのですがなんの連絡も来ないままです。センターにも電話は繋がらないし不愉快です。
I haven't received my parcel for two days even though I have specified the time. I had to use it in a hurry, so I had specified a time when I could receive it, but I didn't get any contact. It's unpleasant because the phone doesn't connect to the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不在通知票を受け取った時には、再配達をお願いしなくても、事前に連絡をすれば、ここで直接荷物を受け取る事が出来るので良く利用しています。担当の方も対応が親切です。
When I receive the out-of-office notification slip, I often use it because I can receive the parcel directly here if I contact in advance without asking for redelivery. The person in charge is also kind.
