ゆ	ゆきはら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウォーターサーバー(コスモライフ)が出かけてる最中に届いたらしく(12時半すぎ)その2時間後(14時半すぎ)に再配達の連絡をしました。そしたら「本日の再配達は出来ません。明日の再配達は時間指定出来ません。時間指定できるのは明後日からです。そういうシムテムですから。」と言われた。は？？貴重な休みなんですよこっちは。午前中を無駄にしたんですけど。届いて2時間後にはもう再配達できないとかね。夕方とかに再配達ならそう言われるのは分かりますけど？？融通がきかなすぎる。「コンビニエンス」って意味わかりますか？「好都合、便利」なんですよ。ぜんっっぜん便利じゃないのになんで「ホームコンビニエンス」って名前にしてるんですかね？誰にとっての便利なんですか？好都合なんですか？約2時間の間で2日も配達がのばされたんです。うちからここの会社まで行ったら30分以内で着くんですけど？？2日もかからないんだけど。意味がわからない。取りに行った方がよっぽど早いわ。星は1つもあげたくありません。ゼロです。「コンビニエンス」ではないのでまず社名から変えて頂きたい。 The water server (Cosmo Life) seems to have arrived while she was out (12:30), and two hours after that (after 14:30), I contacted the redelivery.
