土日等、学校休みの日については校門が開いてる限り、平日は昼間～夕方までトイレを開放しております。生徒の部活の邪魔ならないように気をつけて紅葉の庭などを散策して下さい。
定時制高校授業および部活のない日は完全に閉門しておりますのでトイレなどの利用もできません。
飲食につきましては軒下などでして頂いてよろしいです。ゴミは各自で持ち帰り下さい。
校門が閉まっている時はトイレ利用の方のみ、インターホンにて口頭で告げて下さい。

 About school opening
As long as the school gate is open on school holidays such as Saturdays and Sundays, the toilet is open from daytime to evening on weekdays. Please take a stroll around the autumnal garden, taking care not to disturb the students' club activities.
Since there are no part-time high school classes or days when there are no club activities, the toilet is completely closed.
You can eat and drink under the eaves. Please take your trash home with you.
When the school gate is closed, only those who use the toilet should speak verbally on the intercom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公立高校なので、県内の編入学は基本的にできません。（相当の理由があり、在学校長の認定があればできるようなことを言われました）なので、県内からは基本、在籍校を退学、再受験することになります。絶対合格するかどうかは、わかりません。
対応する窓口の先生のおっしゃることは正論だと思いますが、不安で相談する保護者にとっては冷たく感じました。優しく対応すると時間がかかり、残っている仕事に影響があるのかもしれません。
Because it is a public high school, transfer in the prefecture is not basically possible. (There is a good reason, and you are told that you can do it if you are authorized by the head of the school.) So, from the prefecture, you will basically drop out of your enrolled school and take another exam. I do not know if I will pass.
I think that it is a positive argument that the teacher at the corresponding window says, but it felt cold for parents who consult with anxiety. Responding gently may take time and may affect the remaining work.

よく分からない変な声の事務員？さんがいつも電話に出ます。そしてまあ態度と口調が悪いです。
何を言ってるのか分からない事も多いですし、タメ口っぽい時もあります。とても不快な思いをしました。

A clerk with a strange voice that you do not understand? Always answers the phone. And I have a bad attitude and tone.
Often I don't know what I'm talking about, and sometimes it feels like a tame mouth. I felt very uncomfortable.
