騒音被害に遭い体調を崩してしまった中、他の入居者による騒音で更に体調は悪化。
男性が電話対応をしたが、「自分で注意をしろ」、「こちらは今、昼食休憩中だ」、「休みの日に電話するな」との罵詈雑言を浴びせられた。
