症状上恥ずかしかったのですが、床井先生を初めスタッフの方々は非常に親切で、親身になって相談に乗って頂けました。
困ったときはこちらを来院されることを強くおすすめします。
I had diarrhea for a long time, and when I consulted with the nearest physician (Kaneko Internal Medicine), I was introduced to this hospital.
I was embarrassed by the symptoms, but the staff, including Dr. Tokai, were very kind, and I was kind enough to consult with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生はじめ、看護師さん、受付の方、とても親切丁寧に接してくださいました。近所に引っ越してきたばかりでどの病院に行けば良いか迷っていましたが、次回も間違いなくこちらでお世話になりたいと思います。
The director, the nurse, and the receptionist were very kind and courteous. I just moved to my neighborhood and I was wondering which hospital to go to, but I definitely would like to take care of this next time.

院内も綺麗です。
子供が遊ぶスペースは無かったように思います。階段とエレベーターがあるので、車椅子等でも入れると思いますが、待合スペースはそんなに広くありません。
先生は、細かく診て下さいますし、話もよく聞いて下さいます。
病状の説明も丁寧にして下さいました。
とても良い病院だと思います。

I think there was no space for children to play. There are stairs and an elevator, so I think you can enter it with a wheelchair, but the waiting area is not so large.
The teacher will give you a detailed examination and listen carefully.
The explanation of the medical condition was also polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミを見て受診、一見人当たりの良さそうな医者だが、ただの面倒臭がりなだけかもしれない。患者の顔も見ず診断、薬について疑問や不安があり質問しても回答してもらえず、説明もなくただ「服用してください」と。受付の強気なベテラン女性スタッフがひとり、質問したがやはり面倒臭さそうに威圧的な態度で嫌々対応、吐き捨てりはような言い方で回答されとても不快だった。
患者は不安だらけだから、不安や疑問が残らないよう、丁寧に説明してほしかった。まだ何か？と言わんばかりの女性スタッフと医者。きちんと診てもらうなら他の病院をすすめる
The doctor looks good at first glance after seeing the word of mouth, but it may just be a hassle. I was diagnosed without looking at the patient's face, and I had doubts and anxieties about the medicine, so even if I asked a question, I could not answer it, and I just said "Please take" without explanation. One of the bullish veteran female staff members at the reception asked a question, but it seemed to be annoying and intimidating.
The patient is full of anxiety, so I wanted him to explain it carefully so that he would not have any anxiety or doubts. What's still? A female staff member and a doctor. If you want to see me properly, I recommend another hospital
