★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京華樓、隆泰商行、ここのお店はすべて同じ系列だそうです。私をたいおうしてくれたおばちゃんは人懐っこい感じで特に問題は感じませんでした。対応してもらう人で当たり外れがあるようですね、欲しかったのは籐椒油と香りが立った花山椒粉です。四川料理のタンタンメンで有名な京華樓さんのコックさんお手製だそうです。青山椒を低温の大豆油でゆっくり温め香りを油に移したものです。爽やかな香りと痺れが楽しめます。ついでに刀削麵の乾麺も買いました。
