宍	宍戸祐輝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レモンホームさんに自由設計で家を建てていただきました。せっかくなら細部までこだわりたかったという思いから数十回は打ち合わせをして頂きました。間取り等設計内容を変更すること複数回。打ち合わせに同席していた営業さん、設計士さんは嫌な顔一つせずに要望を反映して下さりました。平塚に通う足取りも軽く、毎回打ち合わせをするのが楽しくて仕方ありませんでした。設計士さんも楽しんで設計をしてくださっているのがひしひしと伝わってきました。かなり細かいところまで要望を設計書に反映しましたが、現場監督と棟梁は寸分の狂いなく家を建ててくださいました。出来上がった家は圧巻。文句なしの出来でした。家を買うというだけでなく家を建てるというエンターテイメントとしての経験まで提供いただき大変満足しております。家を建てるなんてそうそうないこと。ブラックボックスで最終的には工務店の方を信頼するしかないと考えておりました。受付、営業、設計士、カラーコーディネーター、現場監督、棟梁と色々な方と家を作り上げましたがどなたも信頼のおける方で、任せておけば大丈夫といった感じでした。定期的にOB見学会も開催しており、家を建てた後の施工主との関係も良好といったことが伺えます。是非とも口コミを見てくださっている皆様には平塚に足を運んで頂けたらと思います。少しでもレビューを見て下さった皆様やレモンホームの皆様のお役に立てればと記載させていただきました。最後に、レモンホームの皆様ありがとうございました！！ Lemon Home built a house with free design. We had dozens of meetings because we wanted to pay attention to the details. Changing the design contents such as floor plans multiple times. The sales staff and designers who were present at the meeting reflected their requests without making a disgusting face. The steps I took to go to Hiratsuka were light, and it was fun to have a meeting every time. I was told that the designers also enjoyed designing. We reflected the request in the design document to a great extent, but the site director and the builder built the house without any deviation. The completed house is a masterpiece. It was a perfect result. We are very satisfied with the entertainment experience of building a house as well as buying a house. Building a house is unlikely. In the end, I thought that I had to trust the contractor in the black box. I built a house with various people such as receptionist, sales person, designer, color coordinator, site director, and builder, but all of them are reliable people, and I felt that it would be okay if I left it to them. We also hold regular OB tours, and we can see that the relationship with the contractor after building the house is also good. I hope everyone who sees the reviews will come to Hiratsuka. h	hiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちは子供が車イスなので、家族みんなが生活しやすい家を建てたいと思いレモンホームさんに相談したところ、今までバリアフリーの住宅を手掛けたことがなかったにも関わらず、おちゃめで頼れる営業マンと自身も体に義足というハンデを持った設計士の方が車イスでも個人個人の生活スタイルの違いをしっかり理解してくれて、自分の家を建てるか！っていうぐらい何度も実際の寸法で車イスを使ってシュミレーションしたり隅から隅までこだわって、ただのバリアフリーの家ではなく、自分達が快適に過ごせるみんなが幸せな家を建てることが出来ました！ Since my child is a wheelchair, I consulted with Lemon Home because I wanted to build a house where the whole family could live comfortably. A designer who has a handicap of a man and himself with a prosthesis on his body will understand the difference in individual lifestyles even with a wheelchair, and will he build his own house? By simulating with wheelchairs with actual dimensions and sticking to every corner, we can build a happy house for everyone who can spend comfortably, not just a barrier-free house. I did!
