処方薬が大分昔に発売されたもので、もっといい薬が出ているよとおしえられました。
院内処方なので、そこもきになりました。

コロナ禍でその後の除菌の成否確認を半年以上すっぽかしましたが、なんら咎められることなく対応していただきました。
除菌成否確認結果は検査から2日要するとのことで「また通院するの面倒だな・・・」と内心思っていたら「電話で結構ですので」とおっしゃってくださったのは嬉しかったです。後日、確認電話した際も即答してくださいました。(先生と事務の方々の連携がよいのかと)
今回は、電話問い合わせが3回、通院が2回、いずれもスムーズに対応していただき好印象でした。
