★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの牛太はなぜかほかの牛太とちがいおいしい、肉質も他の店より良い、肉の扱いとカットの技術が他より高いのだと思う。
 For some reason, the beef here is delicious unlike other beef, the meat quality is better than other restaurants, and the meat handling and cutting skills are higher than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉の肉質はややしっかり目で食べ応えがあるかと思います。上物カルビでも油ばっかりではなく、ジューシーなサシの中にも歯応えもしっかり と言った感じでしょうか。
個人的なオススメは牛太サラダと石焼きビビンバです。
石焼きビビンバにお好みで加えるコチュジャンソースはあまり辛くなく優しいお味ですので、石焼きビビンバご注文の際にはたっぷりとどうぞ！
