I went to Tokan by gondola for the first time. The weather was nice and I could see the sea of clouds in the distance. It will be beautiful if you come to the time of autumn leaves ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/3、今シーズンの志賀高原中央エリアは雪不足で終わっていました。
あとは横手山と渋峠と熊の湯だけです。
熊の湯は水溜まりがあちこちにあり、かなりつらい状態です。
5/3, Shiga Kogen Central Area of this season ended with lack of snow.
The rest is only Yokoteyama, Shibutoge and Kuma no Yu.
Kuma no Yu has a lot of puddle here and there, and it's quite tough.

夜中降ったので朝からパウダー
焼額山と奥志賀、横手山、熊の湯以外は前日夜に圧雪したままでクルブシパウダーだった。
焼額山のゴンドラは昼以外大行列
寺子屋と奥志賀が少し混むくらい、他はほぼ直乗り
丸池蓮池サンバレー地区は人が少なくて後半までパウダーが残っていた
午後から少し晴れてきた

スキー場間のアクセスが悪く登りが多々ありました。
また、全体地図が場内に無いため手持ちの地図を都度見ては滑りました。
時代の流れに取り残され寂れた姿にガッカリしました。
もう行くことはないでしょう。
This has been my visit since the ski boom 37 years ago.
Access between ski resorts was poor and there were many climbs.
Also, because the whole map is not in the hall, I slipped every time I looked at the map I had.
I was disappointed at the lonely appearance left behind by the passage of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 競技してるエリアにうっかり入ってしまって、パトロールさんに道案内してもらった思い出。
その途中にトンネルがあり面白かった。
この日は競技者の抜け道に使われていたので2回目は行けなかった。
中央エリアには雪の陸橋がありスキーのまま移動できるのも面白い。
卵型の小型ゴンドラがかわいい。
I remember accidentally entering the area where I was competing and having Patrol guide me.
There was a tunnel on the way and it was interesting.
I couldn't go the second time because it was used as a loophole for the competitors on that day.
There is a snow overpass in the central area, and it is interesting to be able to move while skiing.
The small egg-shaped gondola is cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東館山のゴンドラはリニューアルしましたが、オリンピックコース下部は狭い通路状になって、かなり滑りにくくなっています。結果として総合的につまらなくなったのは残念です。是非とも改善を期待したいと思います。
The gondola of Mt. Higashidate has been renewed, but the lower part of the Olympic course has a narrow passage, making it considerably less slippery. As a result, it's a shame that it's totally boring. I would like to expect improvement by all means.
