★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さがり たん 鶏皮 はつ 煮込みをいただきました。いずれもくさみは無くジューシーで美味しかったです。店主は、寒河江などで勉強してきたらしく、当然なのかも知れないが、鮮度等に気を遣って必要以上には仕込まないため、品切れの場合もあります。ちなみに、鶏皮はカリッとしたタイプです。
Sagartan chicken skin was simmered. None of them were juicy and delicious. The owner may be studying in Sagae, and it may be natural, but it may be out of stock because it pays attention to freshness, etc. By the way, chicken skin is a crisp type.
