とりあえず、不衛生で掃除が行き届いておらず、機材にはカビが生え、食品を運ぶ金属製機材は錆びてボロボロで、触ったあとは消毒をしますが、食材に破片が混入する可能性があり、触ったあとは消毒をしますが、消毒すればいいというものではありません。
あと残業は任意です、と最初に説明されたにも関わらず、残業前提であり、残業しないと断りをいれると小言を言われます。
食品会社として会社としてあまりいいところではないように思います。
