From visiting acts to local yochiens, the sinfonia hosts a wide variety of performers. The seats are comfortable and the concert hall is small enough to feel intimate. I've only experienced the culture hall during COVID measures - where you can expect to see a number of actions that make it look like the hall is taking COVID seriously, but probably don't actually do anything (such as bunching up large crowds in the foyer outside the entrance doors but forcing social distancing once individuals are in their seats).
