2年前に休日診療で受診。ケバい女の先生担当。医師で網タイツ履いてる女医初めてみた。 結果はインフルエンザ。娘がまだ小さく授乳中だったので、授乳しても大丈夫な薬を欲しいと言ったら、そんな汚いもの飲ませるのとの発言。娘はその時哺乳瓶本当にダメだったからお願いしただけなのだが。 そのあと、看護師がリレンザを吸えと渡そうとしたとき看護師のミスで床に落とす。なのに、謝罪もなくそのまま吸えと渡してきた。口のところから落ちたのに消毒もしないで。 そのあと、薬の処方だったかな。吐き気が止まらず水分取れないから吐き気止めくれと言ったのに入ってない。そのせいでさらに20分以上またされる。あまりに腹が立ったから、診察券の受け取り拒否。2度とあんな最低最悪な病院なんて行かない。

先生の相性があると思いますが、私は小さい頃から通っていてとても信頼のおける先生達です。口調が強い時もあるそうですが、待ち合いで聞いてる限り患者を思っての対応だと思います。患者側が変な知識を持つあまり先生のいうことを聞こうとしない患者さんも多くいますからね( ´-ω-)

珍しい病気にかかった際、親身になって治療してくださいました。最初に行きつけの病院に行ったところ風邪だと言われて数日様子を見ていましたが、謎のリンパの腫れがあり、不安になって山口医院にかかりました。色々な検査をしてもらい、病名が分かった後も適切な処置をしてもらいました。 どの看護師さんも採血が上手で、他の病院では血管が細くていつも失敗ばかりされていたので驚きました 受付の人が少し感じ悪いのと待ち時間がとても長いのでマイナス1しましたが、他は全然問題ないです

受付の女性の態度がとても悪く、酷かったです。私に対応したのは30代半ばと40代ほど女性の二人でしたが、受付とは思えないほど対応が幼稚でした。こちらが質問しているのに、ため息、半笑いと馬鹿にしている態度でした。後日、書類を取りに伺いましたが、前日に私が30代半ばの受付の方との話を伝達できていないようで、言いがかりのような話し方をされ不愉快でした。 あの態度でずっと不安になっている患者や病人を受け入れているのであればかなり問題だと思いました。 ここのクチコミを見て不安でしたが本当に酷かったです。 看護婦も医者も診察中に終始プライベートな話で談笑。エコー中も組織検査中もです。あれで見落としたらどうするつもりなのでしょうか。信頼ができませんでした。 通院しなくてはいけなかったのですが、二度と行きたくないので他の病院を探すか、紹介状を書いてもらう事にします。

家族がお世話になっております。 こちらに通院してから1度違う病院に夜間外来で連れていったのですが、見逃しがあったようで、診断が確かか?と言われれば怪しいところではありますが、男性の先生も女性の先生も優しくて良い先生です。女性の先生は結構派手なので、初めて行った方はびっくりするかなと思いますが、受付けの方も看護師の方々も親切です。 ただ問題があるのは医院の薬剤師さんで、どうしても地域のご年配の方が来るために、ちょっとムッとする事があるのはわかりますが、ため息をついたり上から物を言う様子を待ち合いで見ておりますと、他人のこととはいえあまりいい気分ではありません………。

一度ならまだしも過去にもあったので書かせていただきます。 30~40代と思われる、受付・看護師の方複数名、電話応対の質が本当に悪いです。 土日に高熱が出たため、診察ができるか電話にて問い合わせをしました。 その際、生年月日を聞かれたので答えると、「西暦じゃなくて和暦で、昭和とか平成とか」、その後も決めつけるような物言いで、「〇〇時に来れるんですね?いいですね?」など。 高熱で頭痛はひどいし、喉も腫れて声も出しづらいなか、なんとか電話をしているのに、「声が遠いんですが」と大声でいわれるのはさすがに堪えました。 体調がすこぶる悪かっためすべては覚えていませんが、その他にも気になった箇所がたくさんありました。 体調が悪いなか電話をかけている患者の身にもなってほしいです。 じゃあ行かなきゃいい、来なきゃいいという意見ももちろんあると思いますが、日曜日に内科を受診するとなると山口医院くらいしかやっていません。たとえば、少し頭痛がする程度なら、市販薬でも飲んでおいて平日にかかりつけ医に相談しに行くという選択もできますが、さすがに40度近い熱が出てしまうと、患者としてはなんとかその日のうちに先生に診察してほしいですから、藁にもすがる思いです。 また、受診当日ですが、コロナ渦ということで発熱外来を受診、先生に自家用車の車内でPCR検査をしてもらい、解熱鎮痛剤を5錠もらっただけでした。 翌日の11時過ぎに、PCR検査の結果が陰性と電話連絡がありました。 もちろん昨日の今日ですから、体調も全然優れていませんし、午前中に診察できるか聞いたところ、「午前中はそろそろ終わりなので、できれば14時過ぎに来てください」とのこと。平日だし、午前中の診察時間にまだ1時間近く余裕があるのに? もう本当に話にならないので、かかりつけ医に上記の事情を相談し、熱も37度ほどありましたが、PCRマイナスと伝え、すぐ診察していただきました。 コロナ渦ですので、高熱がある患者のことをすぐに診察ができないのは仕方ありませんし、むしろ日曜日でもPCR検査をしてくださる先生には大変感謝しています。 しかし、上記のような対応をされるスタッフの方々へ対しては、しかるべき対処をすべきと考えます。1人ならまだしも、複数人いるのは教育体制等に問題があるのではないでしょうか。 患者やお客様が神様だとは思いませんし、かといってお医者様が神様だとも思いません。社会的役割、利害関係含め、両者が対等な関係であるために、今一度見直すべき点や改善点が多々あると思います。

母がお世話になっています。母は院長先生・看護師の皆様をとても信頼申し上げていますが、通院のたび受付の方に非常に高圧的な態度で対応されるそうです。私は都内在住ですので、高齢者に対し言葉も選ばず感情的に対応するなど、こんなにもリテラシーの低い医療従事者が存在するなんて閉口いたしました。母はずっと耐え通院しているので限界を感じ、投稿させて頂きます。受付であれ医療従事者がこのようなストレスを患者に与え続けることが、どれほど心身の健康に影響するのかお分かりになりませんか。意識が低すぎます。本来星をつけられないほど憤りを感じております。
