料金所のおじさんの対応が悪い。駐車券を渡してから一言も発することなく手であしらうように行っていいと合図するのはどうなのか。

安いです。
駐車スペースは狭いですが、進行経路は良いです。目の前が山形市役所があり、閉門22時です。
また、市役所には、電気自動車急速充電設備が設置されてます。44キロワットタイプですので、素早く充電できます。ただし、太陽光発電で充電してますので、直前に充電している車があると、速度は落ちますのでご注意下さい。
その市役所の地下には、「山形市役所食堂」があります。こちらの「カレールー」は、販売もされているのでお勧めです。
こちらの駐車場に止める事で、七日町商店街を散策できますし、1番のおすすめは、大正ロマン漂う「旧県庁」です。庭園も綺麗に整備されてますし、子供を遊ばせるに十分な広さもありますので、山形市観光にもお勧めです。
