★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詐欺師なら満点だが、後始末さえできない公務員に付ける点数は‥‥。海外渡航で必要な健康証明が出せる医療機関を尋ねようと庄内保健所66-2111に電話した。部署が違うが連絡すると聞き、電話番号を伝えた。待っても電話がないのでかけ直した。何度か電話したが番号が違っていたと言われた。改めて確認したら情報がない、検査用紙を持参して可能か否かを確認してはと(発行できない)医療機関を紹介された。他県の医療機関にメールで確認したところ、保健所に届け出てないのでできない旨の回答があった。そういった書頼の発行には保健所への届出が必要で、厚生労働省のホームページに記載があるとも。そこには庄内保健所管内では酒田市内に2つ、鶴岡市内に1つの医療機関名があった。保健所から紹介された医療機関はこの3機関ではない。庄内保健所が情報を持ちながら発行できる可能性の全く無い医療機関行くよう指示したのは何故。庄内保健所管内では届出がなくても発行してるから?一般企業ではメールや、FAXや文書で問い合わせできるのに未だに電話対応を続け、改善しないのか。私の例など明らかになるのは氷山の一角だろう。詐欺師が証拠を残す？

There were two medical institution names in Sakata City and one in Tsuruoka City under the jurisdiction of Shonai Health Center. The medical institutions introduced by the health center are not these three institutions. Why did the Shonai Health Center instruct me to go to a medical institution that has no possibility of issuing information? Is it issued even if there is no notification within the jurisdiction of Shonai Health Center? Even though general companies can make inquiries by e-mail, fax or document, they still continue to respond to telephone calls and will not improve?
