★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪く、自動車保険などもこちらが分からないと思って高額なプランを勧める。JAFの下請け？もしているようで、高島市付近でJAFを呼ぶと山方モータースの車がJAFのステッカーを貼ってやってくる（現在は不明だ）が、態度が横柄で非常に不愉快でした。
I recommend a high-priced plan because I don't know about car insurance because of poor customer service. Subcontractor of JAF? When I called JAF near Takashima City, Yamakata Motors' car came with a JAF sticker (currently unknown), but my attitude was arrogant and very unpleasant.
