ホールもあり良い施設です。
近隣の駐車場は割高に感じるかもしれません。長丁場の場合は徒歩10分圏内の駐車場を使うのもお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県内最大の公立図書館だけあって、様々なジャンルの蔵書があります。学術専門書に関しては山大各キャンパスの図書館に一歩譲ると思いますが、県内郷土資料の豊富さと閲覧スペースの快適さでは出色の文教施設です。
There is only the largest public library in the prefecture, and there are collections of various genres. Regarding academic books, I think that I will give up one step to the libraries on each campus of Yamadai University, but it is an educational facility that is attractive because of the abundance of local materials in the prefecture and the comfortable reading space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何故環境演出時計を撤去したのでしょうか。まだしっかり動いて、遊学館のシンボルと紹介されていたのに。
リニューアル前は広々としていて良かった。
今はただの窮屈な図書館。
Why did you remove the environmental production clock? It was still moving firmly and was introduced as a symbol of Yugakukan.
Before the renewal, it was good that it was spacious.
Now it's just a cramped library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 劇場が酷過ぎる。あの劇場の質にしてあの値段……ぼったくり。劇場スタッフの態度もあまり良いとは言えない。文化施設というにはまだ改善すべき点が多い。
The theater is too cruel. The quality of that theater and that price... The attitude of the theater staff is not very good either. Cultural facilities still have many points to be improved.

残念なのはレストランですかね。
図書館に合わないイキった兄ちゃんが腰パンで働いてます。
お年寄りも結構来る場所なのでメニューもカフェっぽいものより和食中心の方がマッチしていると感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/2/1 リニューアルしました。オシャレな雰囲気になりました。キッズスペースは1階に移動しベビーカーでも行き来がしやすくなっています。
学習スペースはカウンター式や丸テーブルで仕切りがないので個人利用には不向きな面もあります。
施設の近くに駐車場が新設されました。
2020/2/1 Renewal. It became fashionable atmosphere. The kids' space has moved to the first floor, making it easy to move around with a stroller.
The learning space is not suitable for personal use because there is no partition in the counter type or round table.
A new parking lot has been established near the facility.
