★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元の県民会館に次いでぐらいの古さなので、流石に設備の古さは否めませんが、大ホール、小ホール共にしっかりとした作りです。
また、東（駅方向）側の階段から続くレンガ調のホール入り口の広場はなかなかいい感じのロケーションです。もうちょっと木があるとゆっくりできそうでいいんですけどね・・・
