About YamafukuWe have been selling food products specializing in Japanese cuisine in Osaka since our establishment in 1946. Our products express the seasonality of Japanese foods, and we find joy in the symbolism of their taste and appearance. We have a wide range of products which include both rare and traditional ingredients. Please don’t hesitate to ask us anything about Japanese cuisine. 
What makes us specialYamafuku’s strength lies in having over 15,000 products in stock and 50,000 products available on request. We have our own 3 temperature zone warehouse adjacent to an office and deliver to designated warehouses all over Japan. This enables us to provide the right product at the right time.Our years of experience in the food industry have allowed Yamafuku to build relationships with over 1,500 manufacturers specializing in Japanese food. We handle national branded products as a general wholesaler, but we are richer in originality; producing our Ajihyakka (味百華）-branded products at more than 100 subcontracted factories, in addition to our own factory in Miyazaki prefecture.
We have the capacity to support Japanese restaurants in various ways, using its wide range of products that includes: high quality ingredients produced in Japan; processed foods made using special techniques; and finished products made with a focus on convenience.
Washoku to the worldIn 2013, “Japanese food” was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Like French, Mediterranean, Mexican, and Turkish cuisines, Japanese food is now recognized and loved around the world. The Japanese food market overseas continues to grow, and the demand for it is increasing.As a professional Japanese food ingredient supplier, Yamafuku would like to contribute to the expansion of Japan’s “delicious” culture with a sense of mission. We are doing our best to deliver safe, trustworthy, and delicious Japanese food products to as many overseas clients as possible, taking into consideration the differences in market needs and laws and regulations in each country.
Our hope is that Japanese “delicious” food culture will become more enriched overseas.
