★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2???年に他界した伊那市高遠町の伊佐喜代子は認知症で入院後死亡していますが在宅時に世話人と称する親戚に熊谷司法書士が直系血族に相談もなく不動産の登記をし（登記後抵当権を設定）上伊那郡南箕輪村長谷川法律事務所が関わり推定3000万円の遺産を搾取した疑いがあります。先方が預金を一部明らかにしません。喜代子は在宅時より火の不始末などを認定調査員より指摘されており入院後は膀胱留置カテーテル、じょくそう、IVH、タン吸引などをほどこされていますが被後見人ではない事を根拠に意思能力があるとされています。だいしゅう相続人は医師より労働不能とされる障がい者で生活に窮しています。福祉職としてこのような事があってはいけないと思います。ご本人様のご意見を尊重し代弁（権利擁護）させていただきます。（認定成年後見人 ）
