★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月7日の時点で警察関係者を間に入れました。当方今年3月頃に三夜沢町の居住区がとても静かで将来的に適した場所などから引っ越して来た被害者ですが、5月頃から当月7日迄に破砕機等騒音公害問題で被害が出ていた為警察関係者複数人を間に入れて状況を報告しました。
直前迄、私は拡声器?を用いて被疑者（加害者）に対し破砕機等騒音公害を今すぐ停止し直ちに赤城山を退去せよ！！や、周辺の住民の方々に知って頂く為に街宣していました。街宣については警察関係者から道路使用許可を頂かないと出来ない旨を聞きましたので暫くは行いません。また、2021年10月8日現在では破砕機等騒音公害は起きなくなりました。が、未だわかりません。様子や状況を見て再発したならば弁護士事務所に着手する予定です。
これ迄相当な労力と時間、仕事にも多大なる支障をきたして来ましたが私の努力により証拠と根拠、証明を用いる事が出来た為何時でも戦えます。

In addition, as of October 8, 2021, noise pollution such as crushers has disappeared. But I still don't understand. If it reoccurs after seeing the situation and situation, we will start a law firm.
Until now, it has caused a great deal of effort, time, and work, but my efforts have made it possible to use evidence, grounds, and proof, so I can fight at any time.
