_	_ syrup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家から絶妙に遠くてこの近辺に用事も滅多になく、数年ぶりに訪問。テレビでも取り上げられていたパンチを初めて頼んでみました。赤と普通のを同時に味わえ、かつうとんも食べられるので満足。モツは臭みもなく美味しいです。赤はしっかりとした辛さがある。辛いのが苦手でも平気でした。うどんはそんなにコシはなし、出汁はどこか懐かしい感じで美味しい。メニューも豊富で近所にあれば頻繁に通いたい。県民のソウルフードだけあって11時半前ぐらいでしたがどんどん来客は増えて帰る頃にはほぼ満席でした。 Exquisitely far from my house, I rarely have any errands around here, so I visited for the first time in a few years. It was around 11:30 because there was only soul food from the prefecture, but the number of visitors increased and it was almost full by the time I returned.

斎	斎藤寛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前ですが、コロナ禍につき店で冷凍パンチと冷凍赤パンチをテイクアウトし、自宅でごはんとみそ汁、野菜を追加して定食にしていただきました。パンチは相変わらずの店内でいただく埼玉県民のソウルフードの定番の味で美味でした。赤パンチはこれまであまり食べたことがなかったですが、程よい辛味で新鮮で癖になる味でした。量もそこそこで、1袋で2人くらいで食べるのが丁度満足いく量かな。店で食べる味を確実に再現していて、山田うどん恐るべしです? 伊	伊藤修 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近、茹でそばから生そばに変更されてそばの美味しさが増したと思います。またカレーコロッケ、春巻のクーポンも頂けてコスパはよいです。推しは天ぷらそばですが天ぷらの量が多いですね。半分の大きさできつねそば並みの価格になればいいですね。あとこれが山田うどん！美味しいつゆは塩分強めです。つゆの全部飲みはなるべく避けましょう。茹で太郎さんは逆に薄い味付けですね。そばがうまくなったので、やっぱり私は伝統の山田うどん推しです。 Recently, I think that the taste of soba has increased by changing from boiled soba to raw soba. 竹	竹原幸一郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の11:30に、１人で訪問したら、先客３人で空いていた。山田うどん初体験である。カウンター席に座ると、直ぐにお冷とメニューが来て、日替わりランチの説明があった。日替わりランチの豚焼肉丼とたぬきうどん小(740円)を注文した。５分ほどで着丼。まずは、うどんをすすると、汁が甘い。麺は評判どおり柔らかく、給食のソフト麺のようだった。丼は豚焼肉、玉ねぎ、ニンニクの芽、紅ショウガで、うどんより更に甘い味付けだった。私の好みからはずれている。それでも、埼玉県民としてパンチも一度は味わっておこうと、冷凍のＷパンチ(白赤)を期間限定の1,500円で購入した。 11:50に帰るまでに、来客はあったが、混み合うことはなかった。 When I visited by myself at 11:30 on weekdays, I was vacant with three customers. It's not my taste. Even so, as a Saitama citizen, I bought a frozen W punch (white-red) for a limited time of 1,500 yen so that I could taste the punch once. By the time I returned at 11:50, there were visitors, but it wasn't crowded.
