店員さんに目的と使用する環境を伝えたところ快く案内して貰えました。
店員さんはまだ研修中の腕章が着いていましたが、知識の無い自分にも分かりやすく丁寧に教えて頂いてとても助かりました。
相談した予算の範囲内にも収まり、満足の行く買い物が出来ました。

When I told the clerk about the purpose and the environment in which it was used, he was happy to guide me.
The clerk was still wearing the armband during the training, but it was very helpful for me to teach me in an easy-to-understand manner even if I had no knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道沿いのロードサイド店舗、一階が駐車場で売り場は二階のワンフロアー、なんで売場面積はそんなに広くないので品揃えは厳選って感じでしょうか。売り場面積対比の店員数は少ないようでべったりついて来る接客も無くよかったです。

その状態でレジに並ぶが、空いているレジを空けない。レジ店員の後ろに別店員がいても無視される。
最後は、レジ店員がおつりを渡す際に投げて寄越してきた。
最低なスタッフしかいなかった。

At the end, the cashier threw it when handing over the change.

品数は豊富で製品比較も出来ます。
ただ急いでいる時はお目当ての品を見つけ出すまでに時間がかかりますのでスタッフに聞いた方が早いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しいのかもしれないですが電話などでの対応時の態度がかなり悪いです。配達の時間を指定すると日にちがかなり遅れるため、時間を指定することを諦めざるをえないのですが、配達日に1日家にいてくれと言われてもそんな日はないので結局配達日を遅らせることになります。せめて午前午後だけでも指定出来るように調整してはどうですか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話機が壊れてヤマダ電気に行ったら、駄目社員がここに有るだけです。コロナウイルスのせいで入って来ないから、スマホだねと言われムカッいて帰りました。他の個人店に行ったら発注出来るか分からないけど一様頼んで見ました!2日に、旦那と別の用事でヤマダ電気行ったら電話機新しいのが入っていて、お会計の人に文句言ってきました!
If your phone breaks and you go to Yamada Denki, there are only bad employees here. I didn't come in because of the coronavirus, so I was told that it was a smartphone and went home. I don't know if I can place an order if I go to another private store, but I asked for it all at once! I'm here!
