会計後に異変に気付き、なぜか表記価格よりも高い会計だったので返品キャンセルしたが、ため息混じりのやる気のない言動。やる気のない接客。イライラしてるのが伝わってきてさすがにぶちギレそうでした。
やる気ないなら辞めるべき。

ファンヒーターを購入したのですが、
その時対応してくださった「副店長」の接客が最悪でした。
最初はとてもいい顔しておいて、安めなストーブを選ぶと一気に冷たくなり、使えなくなったストーブの引き取りを頼むと更に嫌そうな顔になり空気は最悪でした。

2021.4 電話機を購入しようとしたが在庫がないとのこと。青森に在庫があるから2~3日で連絡するとのことでしたが、1週間連絡なし。翌週に確認に行ったところ、今確認したところ青森に在庫があるので、3日で取り寄せできるとの返答。対応者は同一人物です。別の人にキャンセルを申し出。その方からは、理由も確認もせず、何とかキャンセル回避できませんか?とのこと。無理です。速攻で別の店(ケーズ)に行き、同一の商品を購入できました。
2021.12携帯の液晶保護フィルムが破損したため、やむを得ず同店を来訪。平台(ワゴン)2台に無造作に置かれた液晶フィルムからiphone12 mini用のカバーを探せず、ハンガーに掛かっている商品を選択し、レジに並ぶ。
日曜日18時過ぎの悪天候のため、客より店員の方が多い状況で、レジは研修生が一人で対応。先客は、ポイントの使い方を分からず、手間がかかる慣れないお客様。その隣(1..5m)では、プロパーの職員2人がPOPや商品の陳列がどうのこうの話している状況。レジ待ちは私一人。目の前で、POPのやり取りを2分以上聞きながら、職員はようやく気付いた雰囲気で、「お待ちのお客様レジにどうぞー」。
この時点で、モチベーションと不信感があらわ。4月にキャンセル対応した方で、ポイント全部使ってくださいと言ったところ、〇〇ポイントだったら1,000円ちょうどですよ。
先に全部使ってくれと言っているのに、札で対応したいのか、客の話は無視です。
30年近く前、、栃木にあった頃から利用していましたが、今後、使うことはないでしょう。購入者と販売者は同等の立場という前提はありますが、製品の知識、提案、以前にカスタマーサービス、コーポレートガバナンスにかなり疑問点を感じます。
ステークホルダーではありませんが、ヤマダ電機は30年以上前から使っています。この店舗は最低です。人員を入れ替えるか、撤退するか考えた方がよろしいのではないでしょうか。

2021.12 I had to visit the store because the LCD protective film of my mobile phone was damaged. Instead of searching for the cover for the iphone12 mini from the LCD film randomly placed on the two flatbeds (wagons), select the product hanging on the hanger and line up at the cash register.
Due to bad weather after 18:00 on Sunday, there are more clerk than customers, so the trainees are alone at the cash register. The first customer is an unfamiliar customer who does not know how to use points and takes time and effort. Next to that (1.5m), two proper staff members are talking about how the POP and products are displayed. I am the only one waiting for the cash register. While listening to the exchange of POP for more than 2 minutes in front of me, the staff finally noticed the atmosphere, "Please go to the waiting customer cash register."
At this point, motivation and distrust appear. The person who responded to the cancellation in April asked me to use all the points, but if it was 〇〇 points, it would be just 1,000 yen.
I'm asking you to use all of them first, but I'm ignoring the customer's story as to whether you want to respond with a tag.
I've been using it since I was in Tochigi almost 30 years ago, but I don't think I'll use it in the future. We assume that buyers and sellers are on an equal footing, but I have a lot of doubts about product knowledge, suggestions, previously customer service, and corporate governance.
Although not a stakeholder, Yamada Denki has been using it for over 30 years. This store is the worst. I think it's better to think about whether to replace or withdraw.
