★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えが良くない。
昔のようにどこよりも安くの気概はもう無いんですね。
他店、ましてや家電量販店以外のチェーン店にも価格で勝てていない。
リサーチも出来ていない、ポイントもつかない商品が多い。
これが今のヤマダ電気なんですかね。
増してや大田原のヤマダは品揃えも微妙です。
他のヤマダを利用したことがあると、そう感じざるを得ない。
スタッフの対応は満足です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯機を購入する為 商品を観ていた所に 店員の方が来られました。
7kg程度洗える物をゆっくり観たかったのですが 現品限りの物を勧められました。10kgだったので やんわり断り 他の物を見よう…と思ったが ひたすらずっと10kgを勧められ、買う気が失せました。
他店も見てみよう。と思い
"もう少し考えてみます"と店員の方に伝えると "はい！まぁ～その時に これ(勧めていた商品)が残ってるか解りませんけど！"と ちょっと捨てゼリフとも取れる雰囲気で サァーーっと居なくなられました。買う気が無いなら 用はないのかぁ～とガッカリ。 他の買おうと思っていたものも買えずに帰りました。
自分にとっては 安くない買い物。納得して 気持ちよく買いたかったのですが…他の商品の情報や 買った際の納品日の事など 欲しい情報は皆無 ひたすら1点を勧められたのは疑問です。他の店員の方は また違う対応なのかも知れませんが 今回の対応は スッキリしませんでした。
以前 何度か購入した時の対応が良かっただけに 自分の態度が何か悪かったのか？等 モヤモヤしています。
結局 価格のチェックも出来ぬまま 他店に行きました。

When I told the clerk, "I'll think about it a little more," he said, "Yes! Well, I don't know if this (the recommended product) remains at that time!" It was lost. I'm disappointed if I don't want to buy it. I went home without being able to buy other things I was thinking of buying.
Shopping that is not cheap for me. I was convinced and wanted to buy it comfortably, but I didn't have any information I wanted, such as information on other products and the delivery date when I bought it. It is doubtful that I was offered one point. The other clerk may have a different response, but this response was not refreshing.
Did I have a bad attitude because I had a good response when I bought it several times before? Etc. are moody.
After all, I went to another store without being able to check the price.

何か壊れたなどで、緊急で買いに行くのには便利かもしれません。
追記:家電製品を買いに行きましたが店員さんの対応があまり良くなかったので他店で買うことにしました、
元々、星2でしたが今回で1となってしまい残念です。

会社の方針なんでしょうがじっくり見て選びたい私にとっては見てるところに来られるのがちょっと嫌です。。

その時に対応してくださった店員さんは、とても詳しくごまかしなくはっきりと断言するような言い方で、私的にはとてもわかりやすかったです。店員さんにより、的確な情報を得られないこともありますが、わりかし詳しく教えて下さる方が多い気がします。商品になやんだら、絶対に店員さんに相談すべきです。
