★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際はヤマダ電機ではなく、ヤマダ電機の中にあるSoftbankの店員さんのＮさんです。タブレットを購入して、使い方がいまいちわからず何回も聞きに行ったり、もう一台の携帯とテザリング等の事など何回、聞いても忘れたり解らなくて聞きに行ったりしても懇切丁寧に、嫌な顔もせず説明して頂き本当に感謝でした。Softbankのショップより、はるかにわかり易かったです。久しぶりに会うGOODな店員さんでした。
【追加】何時も迅速丁寧な対応と解説とどんな事でもこなして頂き感謝感激です。
優良店員は転勤なしにしてほしいです。

Actually, it is not Yamada Denki, but Mr. N, a Softbank clerk in Yamada Denki. Even if you buy a tablet and go to listen to it many times because you don't know how to use it, or if you ask it many times, such as another mobile phone and tethering, you can forget it or go to listen without understanding. I was really grateful for the explanation without making an unpleasant face. It was much easier to understand than the Softbank shop. It was a GOOD clerk who I met after a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤマダ電機の中にあるソフトバンクの男性店員Ｎさんには、いつもいつもお世話になっていますが素晴らしい人格の店員さんです。スマホの使い方、タブレットの使い方、初めて知るデザリング、AIRの使い方、契約内容の見直し等々の事やアプリの使い方や困っている全ての事に対応して頂いております。メカに弱いし、何回も読み返しても読解力がなく自分では解決できない事を嫌な顔もせず迅速丁寧な対応で解決して頂き感謝感激しております。一時、近隣市に転勤した時は泣くぐらい悲しかったし、この先どうしよう？と思うくらい困っていましたがエルム店に戻って来ましたのでホッとしております。これからも御世話になりますが、お困りの方は相談してみてはいかがでしょうか？きっと良い情報を得られるかもです。
