★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に行かせて貰いました。(電気屋さんに行くこと自体が、余りないのですが)
目的の売場が すぐに判らず、レジに尋ねたところ、快く案内していただき、詳しい者を呼びましょうか？との対応。
全く判らない訳ではありませんでしたが、種類が有りすぎて。結果、希望通りの品を見つける事ができました。
ありがたかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに限らずヤマダ電機のアフターは最低最悪(メーカーに丸投げか店に持ってきたら直してやるという態度)なので、エディオンとケーズが近所にできてからは行っていない。会員アプリを使っていると重要なメールだから着信拒否できないと「アプリで長期保証の確認ができるようになりました」というメールを何回も送ってくるので退会しました。そのメールが来るたびに保証が付くもの買ってねーよって心で叫んでいました。
Not limited to this, Yamada Denki's after-sales service is the worst (the attitude of throwing it to the manufacturer or bringing it to the store and fixing it), so I haven't done it since Edion and K's were in the neighborhood. When I was using the member app, it was an important email, so if I couldn't reject the call, I would send an email saying "I can confirm the long-term warranty with the app" many times, so I withdrew. Every time I received that email, I was screaming in my heart that I shouldn't buy something with a guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な、土地のヤマダ電気行きましたが、たまたまかも知れません。Appleのエアーポッズの事でお電話致しました。出張中でいつも行きつけの地元のヤマダ電機さんではなかったのですが、電話問い合わせしたところ、お出になられた、女性スタッフさんメチャクチャ懇切丁寧な対応でした。
I went to various places, Yamada Denki, but it may happen. I called you about Apple's AirPods. I was on a business trip and wasn't the local Yamada Denki that I always go to, but when I made a phone call, the female staff member who came out was very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにも客が少ない、特にウィークディはがらがら、さっき行ったけど12/10金11時現在客は自分を含めて3人、店内ふらふらしているだけ、つぶれるの時間の問題に見える
昨日も夕方4時にテレビ見に行ったけど店員が4～5人ふらふら歩いていて暇そうだった、
前に来たときに比べてテレビなどの価格が小さく表示され見えにくいので店員に前の普通のよく見える表示のほうがよいと感想を述べた。
ブラウン管に比べ液晶テレビは故障が早すぎると文句いった、5年で普通に使っていて画面が見えずらくなって文句いった❗
ただ買い物を多くしたり、新たな長期保証手続きなどの契約をするともらえる年間買い物券3000円は大変助かる、月に500円しか使用できないが電池や他の買い物にも使えてよい
ケーズ電機も毎日がらがら心配してます
