★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはさておき、接客は最低でした。 質問した商品の、類似アイテムを勧める訳でもなく、ただただ有りませんの一言で、そそくさと去って行かれました。 近くの、ケーズデンキで、同じことを質問したところ、1時間もたっぷり接客して頂き、欲しい商品の代替え品でしたが、購入する事が出来ました。 余りに親切で、丁寧な接客でしたので、次の日にも、買い物に行きました。 感謝感謝です。
 Aside from the assortment, customer service was the worst. I didn't recommend a similar item to the one I asked, but it was just a simple word that I left. When I asked the same question at K's Denki, which was nearby, I received a generous amount of customer service for an hour and it was a substitute for the desired product, but I was able to purchase it. I was so kind and polite that I went shopping the next day. Thank you.

デジカメとテレビをつなぐ線があるか訪ねると『ありません』。友人が使っているので食い下がると『秋葉原の電気ショップあたりで…運が良ければ』。
市内のK'sデンキに行き、店員さんに聞いたら数十秒で売場着！買えました。
数ヶ月前に冷蔵庫を買うためヤマダ電機に行ったらシツコイ、適当にあしらって離れると違う店員…
値切るだけ値切ってポイント付けて、K'sデンキで買いました。更に安い金額で。
今は、かませ犬に使っています…って私が低評価!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員にケータイの保護ガラスフィルムをあるかないかを聞いたら、よく見ずにありませんとの回答。こちらがよく見たら商品棚に並んでました。商品の把握もせず、他の店舗に行ってくださいと言われて腹が立ちました。しかも年配のおじいさんだし。今後利用しません。高い物だけを売るのが商売じゃないんですよ!
