★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビを見に来店させていただきました ふつうテレビ画面の左上に何インチとインチ数が書いてあるのよ でもそれがなく何インチがまったくわからないですわよ こんな電気店初めてですテレビ買うときまずはインチ数よ それが全然わかりません 不親切ですわよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンフロアー店であることは珍しくないが、日曜日にも関わらず店員の数が少なすぎるのは残念。年末の稼ぎ時なのに来客を逃がしているのはもったいない。

決済が終了してから引き継ぎをすれば良いのに、
担当者が変わる事で初めに交渉した値段と、担当者が変わった後の値段に狂いが生じて…胡散臭い店舗だ！
春日井店は1人の担当者が配送手配までやり抜くが、
この店の様なやり方をしていたら不信感でしか無い！
次は春日井店で購入するつもり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 守山にあるヤマダ電機。1階が駐車場になっており店舗は2階と3階にあります。ヤマダ電機としては中型店舗クラスの品揃え。家電スマイル館ということもありテレビや冷蔵庫、洗濯機などの白物家電中心。こちらで洗濯機を購入しましたが、値引きも頑張ってくれました。近くにイオン守山店があり、買い物ついでに立ち寄るには良い立地です。利用していませんが、2階エスカレーター正面にはCAFEもありました。
Yamada Denki in Moriyama. The first floor is a parking lot and the stores are on the second and third floors. Yamada Denki has a medium-sized store-class product lineup. Since it is a home appliance smile building, it focuses on white goods such as TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines. I bought a washing machine here, but they did their best to discount it. There is Aeon Moriyama store nearby, which is a good location to stop by while shopping. I didn't use it, but there was a cafe in front of the escalator on the 2nd floor.

我が家の通い慣れた家電量販店ですね。通い初めの頃は家電の他は玩具類を取り扱っていました。しかし時代の流れと共に取り扱い商品の拡大や不動産部門への参入。カフェの開店や大手家具メーカーの買収等様々な変化を遂げています。
更にコロナ禍の影響で営業時間短縮を余儀なくされたり、ネット通販との価格競争もあり今後の経営も厳しいとは思います。
時代の変化について行けるのかどうかが生き残りの鍵になるかと思います。

I think the key to survival is whether or not we can keep up with the changing times.

So if I ever find someone to ask my questions to, they can never answer my questions without reading the manual and sometimes they tell me to read it myself..... Bad customer service. These things almost never happen at K's electronic store so we always shop there.
