「山神社
函南町桑原字古草千三〇〇ノ一一三番地に鎮座。祭神は大山須之命である。無格社である。創建年月は明治三十六年十月十七日である。例祭日は九月十五日である。（中略）
昭和五十四年七月二十九日、石の祠を本殿に奉遷し、社殿の屋根を葺替えた。区民の奉仕による。境内の広さは約六〇〇坪である。（後略）」
