 In a quiet park, I ate lunch while looking at the steep basalt. The park is in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ９号線からすぐです。休憩場所に最適です。１１月の日曜日の訪問者は疎らでした。トイレ、自販機、駐車場あり。公園の道奥も玄武岩と思うが未整備です。
It is a short walk from Route 9. Great for rest areas. Visitors on Sunday in November were sparse. There are toilets, vending machines, and parking lots. I think the back of the park is basalt, but it is undeveloped.

豊岡にある玄武洞に比べると小規模ですが、立派な玄武岩を見る事ができますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兵庫県の玄武洞ほどではないですが、溶岩が冷えてできた岩石の柱状節理を観察することができます。桜の木が多いので花見も楽しめると思います。
Although not as much as Genbudo in Hyogo Prefecture, you can observe columnar joints of rock formed by cooling lava. There are many cherry blossom trees, so you can enjoy cherry blossom viewing.
