店は決して広くはありませんが、清潔感がありました。
私は「ロース&ハラミセット」、妻は「スタミナセット」を注文しました。
ローストとハラミは新鮮で芸術品のように輝いていました。
ホルモンは瑞々しく、内臓好きには珠玉の一品ではないでしょうか。
どなたかのコメントで「肉の量が少なく物足りない」とありました。ですが、料金と比べれば妥当で、肉の質をゆっくり味わって食べて欲しいです。
今度は平日に訪れて、ランチサービス(ドリンク、デザート)を頂きたいと思います。
