が、2階の席は店員さんは全然来ず何度も呼びました。また、○べログのポイントを1000ポイントほど使いましたがお支払いの時に反映されてませんでした。確認しなかったこちらにも落ち度はありますが、残念でした。

Estas kontraŭaj seĝoj en la unua kaj dua etaĝoj. La viando de la varoj ne estas malbona, sed kiam oni diras ĉu ĝi estas bona, la demando restas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とあるyotuberさんのオススメでいい感じのお店だなって思ったので行ってきました。
焼肉大好き盛りとキムチ、と文字クッパ、生ビールとハイボールを頂きました。
焼肉大好き盛りは牛、豚、鳥の色々な部位を頂けます。お肉に仕事の跡が見られ柔らかくて美味しかったですね。特にレバーが美味しいなと思いました。
お店の1階は立ちのスタイルっぽいけど椅子も貸していただけるのでゆっくりと過ごせました。
お店の雰囲気も良く店長さんもイケメンでとても良い方で楽し時間を過ごせました。
まだ食べたいメニューも有ったのでまた再訪したいなっと思いました。

The first floor of the shop looks like a standing style, but you can rent a chair, so I was able to spend a relaxing time.
The atmosphere of the shop was good and the manager was also a handsome person and I had a good time.
I still had some menus I wanted to eat, so I wanted to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に写真の限定丼を食べました。
丼を作ってくれた店員さんに「美味しいでしょ？」と聞かれて、思わずそうですねと答えましたが、正直微妙でした。
素材を見ると値段は凄く頑張ったなっておもったので、単純に料理として未完成な感じです。
僕的にこうした方がいいなと思った点ですが
先ず、丼ぶりが小さかった。
素材の盛り映えを狙ったのか単に用意が無かったのか分かりませんが、天丼などと違い、寄せられる場がないから溢さないように食べるのに集中してしまいました。ほんの一回り大きくするだけで、映えを残しつつ、味に集中して食べることが出来ると感じました。
次に卵黄とウニです。
恐らく値段的にウニはミョウバン付けの安めのものだと思いますが、余り活躍が無く、映えのために乗せてるだけって感じでしたので、卵黄とウニを混ぜ溶かせたソースをかけてみては如何でしょうか。タレが極上だったので卵黄の甘さとミョウバンウニの風味がマッチするかと思います。
最後にガーリックチップ。
大きいのと量がおおいなぁと。チップを細かくして半分の量でも充分ニンニクを感じれます。
他にもありますが、とりあえずこれくらいです。
あくまで個人的な感想ですので、この丼を食べて美味いと感じた方も別に気にしないでください。

I felt that I could concentrate on the taste and eat while leaving the shine by just making it one size larger.
Next are egg yolk and sea urchin.
Perhaps the sea urchin is cheaper with alum, but it wasn't very active and I felt like I was just putting it on for a good look, so try sprinkling a mixture of egg yolk and sea urchin in a sauce. How is it? The sauce was superb, so I think the sweetness of the yolk and the flavor of the alum sea urchin match.
Finally garlic chips.
It's big and the amount is big. You can feel the garlic even with half the amount of finely chopped chips.
There are others, but for the time being, this is about it.
It's just a personal impression, so don't worry if you eat this bowl and find it delicious.

昔は完全に立ち食い形式で一切れずつオーダーするスタイルでしたが経営者が変わってから普通の“一人前”スタイルに変わりました。
お肉は美味しいです。そりゃまあ仙台牛ですから美味いですよ。ホルモンも美味。味付けもいい。
、、、が！ひとりで行くと量があるのでそんなに食べられません。「盛り」を頼んでつまみながらビール?と洒落込むのがおひとり様推奨スタイルなのでしょう。
色々食べたいなら２人くらいで来た方がいいかもしれませんね、ただそうなると必然的にスタッフがなかなか来ない２階席に通されることが多くなるので注意❗️
一階の若い二代目？も質問したら色々答えてくれたりします。
コンロが汚かったり火がつかなかったりするのは何とかして欲しいですね。
トータル的にはおすすめなお店です。
