★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに焼き肉が食べたくなってネットで検索。出来るだけご近所がいいな、と探して見つけた焼き肉屋さんへ自転車でピュッと行ってきました。
初めてのお店、しかも場所柄ちょっと勇気がいりましたけど、こちらは外から中が見えて安心。明るくて広めの店内に感じの良いスタッフ。聞けば家族経営のお店だとか。出てきたお肉は予想を上回る美しさと美味しさでした。
上カルビ・上ロース・厚切りハラミの三種盛合わせと上ミノ・レバー・ホルモンの三種盛合わせを注文。
お肉は国産黒毛和牛A5ランク、七輪は炭火ではなく富士山の熔岩石を使っているためか、香ばしく焼けたお肉が柔らか！タレも甘さ控えめで食べ易くとても美味しかったです。次はランチに行ってみようかな?
I wanted to eat yakiniku for the first time in a long time, so I searched online. I went to a yakiniku restaurant by bicycle, looking for a good neighborhood as much as possible.
It was my first time to shop, and I needed some courage because of the location, but I was relieved to see the inside from the outside. Pleasant staff in a bright and spacious store. I heard that it is a family-owned shop. The meat that came out was more beautiful and delicious than I expected.
I ordered an assortment of 3 types of upper ribs, upper loin, and thick-sliced halami and an assortment of 3 types of upper mino, liver, and hormone.
The meat is Japanese black beef A5 rank, and the shichirin uses lava stone from Mt. Fuji instead of charcoal, so the fragrantly baked meat is soft! The sauce was also modestly sweet and easy to eat, and it was very delicious. Let's go to lunch next time ?

上カルビ&上ロース 2000円
サラダ、デザート、のり、スープ、ライス付き
を注文しました。サラダドレッシングは洋風、デザートはマンゴープリンを選択しました。上カルビも上ロースも出てきた肉にそれほどタレがかかっておらずによかったです。味もしっかりとした肉の味がしてなかなかよかったですよ。ボリュームもあり食べ応えがありました。これで2000円でしたらコスパは悪くはないとおもいました。詳しくは「焼肉 東京山」+「気ままに外食三昧」で検索してみてください。

I ordered. I chose Western style salad dressing and mango pudding for dessert. I'm glad that the meat that came out with both upper ribs and upper loin wasn't so sagging. The taste of the meat was solid and it was very good. There was also volume and there was a response to eating. I thought that if this was 2000 yen, the cost performance would not be bad. サラダはチョレギ、デザートはコーヒーゼリーで。
もちろんご飯とスープ付き。
1500円とランチとしては高額だが、この内容なら納得。
カルビ美味かった。

最近混んでるから予約したほうが週末は無難です。また 注文もまとめて注文した方が早くきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not tabehodai chain prices, but you certainly get what you pay for - fresh, high quality beef in a clean, comfortable and not overly meat-smelling environment with friendly service. The not-so-spicy galbi udon was the perfect way to end the meal, highly recommended.
