It’s a typical, unremarkable place, but the food was fantastic. The menu is Japanese only, and the staff don’t speak English, but don’t be too put off by that - we used Google Translate and were easily able to communicate. We had steak, which was tender and delicious, and pork with ginger. You can help yourself to as much rice as you like, meaning it’s a delicious, cost effective lunch. 5 stars for value for money.

Who doesn't want unli twirl of ice cream?! The place looks old and when you go out of the place you'll smell like smoke. But that's part of the experience. Will go back again and again!

(Starting from 1000 yen, +200 if male, +200 if Friday, Saturday or Sunday) However, they did not mention that you have to order at least one drink which adds another ~300yen to your bill. Meat was average quality but decent for it's price.
